Bulk Sync from Google Sheets

Update or create property listings in bulk by editing a spreadsheet.

Connect your sheet
Paste the URL of a Google Sheet that is shared with your connected Google account (or anyone with the link). The first row must be headers; each subsequent row is one listing. Include an id column to update existing listings — leave it blank to create new ones.

The name of the tab inside the spreadsheet that holds your listings. Defaults to "Properties".

Supported column headers
Use these as the first row of your sheet. Headers are case-insensitive. List fields (images, amenities, utilities_included) accept pipe- or comma-separated values.

Tip: To update existing listings, export them first (or copy their IDs from the dashboard) and put the ID in the id column. Rows with a blank id and a title create new listings.
